Stakeholders are able to make informed decisions with respect to the business of the company, its policies on governance, the environment and social responsibility. The Board recognises the importance of being transparent and accountable to stakeholders and prospective investors. Stakeholder Communication Policy and Procedure The Stakeholder Communication Policy and Procedure, a revision of which was approved by the Board in December 2020, promotes effective communication and provides stakeholders with complete and timely information that represent the Group fairly and accurately. This enables investors and potential investors to make proper informed investment decisions, and for other parties to have a balanced understanding of the Group and its objectives. Corporate Disclosure Policy and Procedure The Corporate Disclosure Policy and Procedure sets out how sensitive and material information is determined and disseminated to investors, stakeholders, local media, investing public and other relevant persons in accordance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
