Since 2005, the British Construction Industry (“BCI”) Asia Awards continues to be one of the most coveted awards for the Asian building and design industry. THE STAR PROPERTY AWARDS 2017 Tropicana’s ability to redefine the art of living for Malaysians saw the Company earning multiple accolades at The Star Property Awards 2017. The Group was ranked as one of the top 10 local developers while Tropicana Metropark received merit recognition for ‘The Neighbourhood Award’ (Township below 500 acres) and The Residences received recognition for excellence with ‘The Niche & Unique Award’ (Boutique Development). MALAYSIAN FUJIAN OUTSTANDING ENTREPRENEUR AWARD 2017 Tan Sri Dato’ Danny Tan Chee Sing was honoured by the Federation of Hokkien Association Malaysia (“FHAM”) for his outstanding contribution to the community and country. Frost & Sullivan’s Best Practices Awards recognises companies throughout a range of regional and global markets for superior leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and strategic product development. 25 MAY ASIA PACIFIC PROPERTY AWARDS 2017 Tropicana Aman, Tropicana’s biggest township in Kota Kemuning won the Best Residential Development at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2017 held in Bangkok, Thailand. Spread across 863 acres, this township which has been positioned as a walking and biking community, clinched the 5-star rating and is a regional nominee to represent the Asia Pacific region at the international stage. PROPERTY GURU ASIA PACIFIC PROPERTY AWARDS 2017 Tropicana’s signature developments clinched eight golden trophies at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) 2017 − Asia’s biggest and most respected real estate awards.
