46 SASBADI HOLDINGS BERHAD (1022660-T) I BER AD (10 2 60-T) PRINCIPLE 4 – FOSTER COMMITMENT Recommendation 4.1 – Time Commitment by Directors The Directors are expected to devote sufficient time to carry out their roles and responsibilities for the Group. In this regard, all Directors are required to notify the Chairman (of the Board) prior to accepting any new directorship and to disclose if there is any conflict of interest arising from the appointment. The Board is also satisfied with the level of time commitment given by the Directors towards fulfilling their roles and responsibilities as Directors of the Company. Save for Lim Hun Soon @ David Lim, the Directors do not have directorship in any other listed companies. As for Lim Hun Soon @ David Lim, he does not hold more than five (5) directorships in listed companies in compliance with paragraph 15.06 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities. Recommendation 4.2 – Continuing Education Programmes for Directors The Directors are encouraged to attend continuing education programmes to upgrade their knowledge and enhance their skills.
