Tenure as Director : 10 years Encik Abdul Rahman BinMohamed Rejab has over 15 years of experience in the financial and asset management with his last attachment in AmBank (Malaysia) Berhad. He exited the financial sector to join the Company as an Independent Non- Executive Director in January 2011. He then re-designated to an Executive Director in October 2012. He does not hold any directorships in any other public listed companies. He has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company and has no conflict of interest with the Company.
