The Board of Directors of CITAGLOBAL (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 17 September 2023, entered into a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Shanghai SUS Environment Co Ltd (“SUS”) (collectively, CITAGLOBAL and SUS are referred to as “Parties” hereafter) in relation to a proposed collaboration in the areas of development of Waste to Energy (“WtE”) projects (“Proposed Collaboration”).
