Further to the Company’s announcements made on 6 December 2022, 2 February 2023 and 24 February 2023, the application from Citaglobal Energy Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as WZS Misi Setia Sdn. Bhd.) (“Citaglobal Energy”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company to set aside the Originating Summons filed by PESB was dismissed by the High Court. Citaglobal Energy shall be appealing the said decision to the Court of Appeal.

Further announcements will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
