Further to the announcement made on 25 January 2021, the Board of Directors of Deleum Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce the updates in relation to the Writ and Statement of Claim dated 23 November 2020, filed and served by Synergy Spectacular Sdn Bhd (“SSSB”) against Deleum Primera Sdn Bhd (“Deleum Primera”), a 60% owned indirect subsidiary of the Company at the Kuala Lumpur High Court (“the Suit”).

Pursuant to the Case Management on 15 March 2021, the Court has directed that the Suit shall be fixed for Trial on 9, 10 and 11 May 2022 and the Case Management has been fixed on 9 March 2022 pending filing of the pre-trial documents and for directions to be given in relation to the filing of the Witness Statements.

Further announcements on the development of this matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from time to time.
