Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MYEG wishes to announce the information on loans extended by its wholly owned sub-subsidiary, MY EG Finance Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylending company for the quarter ended 31 December 2020, details of which are set out in the attachment.

The provision of financial assistance as set out in the attachment does not have any material effect on the net assets and earnings per share of MYEG and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.
