The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the HOA.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 26 August 2020, 30 October 2020 and 30 November 2020 in relation to the HOA.

The Company wishes to inform that the Company and the Sellers had, on 31 December 2020, mutually agreed to further extend the effective period of the HOA from 31 December 2020 to 31 January 2021 ("Third Extension").

The Third Extension was agreed upon by the Company and the Sellers, since the parties are in an advanced stage of negotiation to finalise the terms and conditions of the Proposal.
