We refer to the announcements dated 22 November 2019, 26 November 2019 and 30 April 2020 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as the Announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal is completed on 30 October 2020 upon the full settlement of the balance Purchase Price amounting to AUD$100 million in accordance with the terms of the Deed.
