The Board of Directors ("Board") of UEM Sunrise wishes to announce that En Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, MD/CEO of the Company has given notice of his resignation on 9 October 2020, in order to pursue other opportunities.

The Board will deliberate on the effective date of resignation of En Anwar Syahrin.  In the meantime, a transition plan will be executed for smooth handover of his responsibilities to ensure continued management of UEM Sunrise's business and operations.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on the date of resignation in due course.
