The Board of Directors of MYEG is pleased to recommend a first interim single tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2020 ("Proposed Interim Dividend"). The Dividend Reinvestment Scheme will be applied to the entire portion of the Proposed Interim Dividend.

The Proposed Interim Dividend entitlement and payment dates will be determined by the Board of Directors at a later date.
