We refer to the announcements dated 25 September 2019, 11 October 2019, 15 October 2019, 14 November 2019, 15 November 2019, 9 December 2019 and 31 December 2019 (“Announcements”) in relation to the SCR. The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements unless otherwise stated. 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the High Court had on 20 May 2020 granted an order confirming the reduction of share capital in accordance with Section 116 of the Act (“High Court Order”).

The SCR will take effect upon the lodgement of an office copy of the High Court Order with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.

The entitlement date in respect of the SCR will be announced in due course.
