Further to our announcement dated 30 April 2020, we wish to inform that the Company has applied and been granted an extension of time up to 28 September 2020 by the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 304(4) of the Companies Act 2016, to hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).

The Company will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the 12th AGM.  The Annual Report and Notice of the 12th AGM will be issued to shareholders in due course.
