In view of the Covid-19 pandemic and the implementation of the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) by the Government of Malaysia effective from 18 March 2020 to 12 May 2020 as a preventive measure to curb the spread of Covid-19, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide their letter dated 16 April 2020 granted additional relief measures which inter alia include an extension of time up to 30 June 2020 for listed issuers to issue their annual reports that include the annual audited financial statements and the auditors’ and directors’ reports which are due on 30 April 2020.

In view of the extended MCO, the Company wishes to inform that it will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure its Annual Report is issued latest by 30 June 2020.

The Company will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the Twelfth (“12th") AGM of the Company and the issuance of the Notice of the 12th AGM in due course.
