Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MYEG wishes to announce the information on loans extended by its wholly owned sub-subsidiary, MY EG Finance Technologies Sdn Bhd in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylending company for the quarter ended 31 March 2020, details of which are set out in the attachment.
