- Provision of Financial Assistance pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad

Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that UEMS’ indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Nusajaya Rise Sdn Bhd did not extend any new loan in relation to moneylending activities (previously undertaken by UEM Land Berhad) for the quarter ended 31 March 2020. The details on the outstanding balances up to 31 March 2020 are set out in the attachment.
