Reference is made to the announcement dated 4 April 2019 pertaining to the Investment Agreement executed by MY E.G. Capital Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company wishes to further announce that the subscription of 46,044 shares by MY E.G. Capital Sdn. Bhd. in Jingle Magic constitutes to approximately 3.030% of the total enlarged issued shares of Jingle Magic.
