UEMS wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the renewal of shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue and trading nature which are in the ordinary course of business for the UEMS Group ('Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate') at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be disclosed in the circular to shareholders which is to be issued to the shareholders in due course.
