(The announcement made by MYEG on 9 August 2018 refers. Unless otherwise stated all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as stated in the announcement.)

We refer to our announcement dated 9 August 2018 pertaining to the Joint Venture Cum Shareholders Agreement entered between MY EG International Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Control Data (BD) Limited, My Paycheck Sdn. Bhd., Arif Alam and Teo Kim Hoe (“the Agreement”).

The Board of Directors of MYEG (“the Board”) wishes to inform that the rights, title, interests and benefits together with all duties, obligations and liabilities of MY EG International Sdn. Bhd. arising from the Agreement have been transferred to and assumed by MY EG (Bangladesh) Sdn. Bhd., a sub-subsidiary of the Company on 12 November 2018.

The Board is also pleased to announce that the Joint Venture Company, MYEG (BD) Ltd. has been incorporated on 20 December 2018 for the purpose of engaging in the business of technology services and e-government services in Bangladesh in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
