The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 12 October 2018 accepted the Letter of Intent (“LOI”) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (“UUM”) with the intention to work, co-operate and deploy their respective expertise, knowledge and resources to conduct academic programmes.
