The Board of Directors wishes to announce that MY E.G. Capital Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 1 October 2018 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary known as MY EG E-Settlement Sdn. Bhd. (“MYEGES”) under the Companies Act 2016.

The intended principal activity of MYEGES is provision of payment settlement services and systems.

The above incorporation does not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company and has no material effect on the earnings and net assets of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 30 September 2018.

None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company, or persons connected to such director and/or substantial shareholder has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation.
