E-wallets provide a convenient way to pay for goods and services. These all-in-one apps bring payment convenience to manage credit cards, loyalty club memberships, and reward cards. On top of that, it creates a more exciting shopping experience through their own discounts, promotions, incentives, reward programmes, and referral cashback. On the same note of enhancing lives, GHL also ventured into the business of cashless self-service kiosks. Customers may consider queuing as an inconvenience but they often find themselves standing in lines at various locations in order to run certain errands. For this reason, self-service solutions have been introduced as great time-savers to enhance customer’s experience. Especially useful when one runs out of change, or have insufficient cash. Over more than 50 units of self-service kiosks have been deployed with e-wallets acceptance, as of end of 2019.
