Public Shareholding Spread The Proposed Share Buy-Back will be carried out in accordance with the prevailing law at the time of the purchase including compliance with 25% public shareholding spread in the hands of public shareholders as required under Paragraph 12.14 of the Listing Requirements. As at 29 March 2019, the public shareholding spread of the Company was 32.62%. In implementing the Proposed Share Buy-Back, the Company will ensure that the minimum public shareholding spread of 25% is complied with. 14. Director Statement and Recommendation After having considered all aspects of the Proposed Share Buy-Back, the Board of Directors is of the opinion that the Proposed Share Buy-Back is in the best interest of the Company. Accordingly, they recommend that you vote in favour of the ordinary resolution for the Proposed Share Buy-Back to be tabled at the forthcoming 25th Annual General Meeting. 15.
