The grant was made to eligible employees from the newly acquired subsidiaries.
The Company has been granted exemption by the Companies Commission of Malaysia vide its letter dated 19
November 2014 from having to disclose the list of option holders to whom options have been granted during the
financial year and details of their holdings pursuant to Section 169(11) of the Companies Act, 1965 in Malaysia
except for information of executives who were granted 1,000,000 options and above.
