He has extensive working experience in sales and marketing and general management and has been working with AGTC, a subsidiary of FCB, since 2000. Before his appointment as General Manager in 2013, he was the sales manager, responsible for formulation of sales and marketing strategies for AGTC. He has no family relationship with any other Directors or major shareholders of the Company. He has not been convicted of any offences within the past five years. He has no conflict of interest with the Company. Wong Chee Wai is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Chartered Accountant of Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He has more than 29 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial, tax, treasury and budget management in audit firm and various organisations. He joined Frontken Corporation Berhad in 2009 as senior finance manager and, subsequently, he was promoted to Financial Controller and Senior Financial Controller.
