INDEMNITY AND INSURANCE COST During the financial year, there is no indemnity given to or professional indemnity affected for directors, officers or auditors of the Group and of the Company. SUBSIDIARIES The details of the Company’s subsidiaries are disclosed in Note 11 to the financial statements. SIGNIFICANT EVENT DURING THE FINANCIAL YEAR The significant event during the financial year is disclosed in Note 30 to the financial statements. AUDITORS The auditors, Messrs. Crowe Horwath, have expressed their willingness to continue in office. The details of the auditors’ remuneration are disclosed in Note 7 to the financial statements.
