NON-AUDIT FEES
The non-audit fees paid or payable to the external auditors for the financial period ended 31 March
2015 amounted to RM57,800.

IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS/PENALTIES
There were no other imposition of sanctions or penalties except for the underestimation of tax payable
for the years of assessment, as applicable.

REVALUATION POLICY ON LANDED PROPERTIES
There is no revaluation policy on landed properties.
10. MATERIAL CONTRACTS RELATING TO LOANS INVOLVING DIRECTORS AND MAJOR
SHAREHOLDERS
There were no material contracts entered into by the Company and its subsidiaries relating to loans
involving Directors’ or Major Shareholders’ interest for the financial period ended 31 March 2015.

Except for the disclosure in Note 41 to the audited financial statements for the financial period
