Change in Financial Year End
On 28 February 2014, the Board
approvedachange intheCompany’s
fiscal year end from 31 December
to 31 March of each year. This has
resulted in a change to the calendar
year reporting cycle which began
from 1 January 2014 to 31 March 2015
for FPE2015 as compared to a period
of twelve (12) months in respect of the
financial year ended 31 December
2013 (“FYE2013”).
